Bio Cleaner

Bio-Cleaner is a highly effective biological washroom cleaner that works by degrading organic soiling to completely eradicate stains and odours.

Use on porous washroom surfaces such as flooring materials and tile grouting and especially around urinals and toilets where soiling has been absorbed below the surface.

Bio-Cleaner will remove calcium deposits on toilet bowls, sinks, showers, taps and fittings. Use to clean all washroom fittings.

Complimentary washroom cleaning:

As urine is often splashed onto adjacent surfaces, Bio-Cleaner was created to compliment Bio-Blocks. Bio-Cleaner contains the same chemical and biological activity as Bio-Blocks and may be safely used to de-contaminate these surfaces.

Simply by spraying or swabbing a dilution of Bio-Cleaner onto the contaminated surface once or twice each week the whole washroom can easily be maintained as a clean, odour-free & hospitable environment for the client. Bio-Cleaner may also be used to clean & maintain washroom white-ware including urinals, toilet-bowls, showers & hand-basins.

Like Bio-Blocks, Bio-Cleaner contains bacteria that degrade calcium, enabling it to be dissolved and removed by cold-water. This takes a couple of applications but unlike many chemical cleaners does not damage chrome and aluminium fittings. Bio-Cleaner may also be used for supplementing the Bio-Block activity & just by cleaning the urinal once or twice each day will accomplish this.

Storage

It's stable for a minimum of 12-months. Store the product in the original sealed container and keep out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children.

Note: For Best Results - diluted product should be used within 8 hours after dilution.

Directions

ODOUR PROBLEMS spray or swab contaminated surfaces, work well into the soiling with a clean damp cloth or damp mop. Leave to work for a few minutes before wiping away any excess liquid. Do not rinse but allow drying slowly. Repeat on aged problems. Spray and wipe contaminated and soiled areas regularly.

MOP (diluted) APPLICATION Severe odours use 1:1-1:5 with water (not on floors) General maintenance use 1:15 - 1:20 parts water.

SINK & WASTE OUTLETS Pour a little into sink & urinal outlets during quiet periods or at night.

The use of disinfectant, bleach or caustic substances will destroy the micro-organisms used in this technology.

How to apply

Wall mounted urinals

1. 1Urinal environment consists of urinal, walls & floors flush the urinal - assess drain flow spray the urinal with 4 sprays of Bio Cleaner conc if struvite (uric salt) is visible, agitate using a toilet brush wipe with the damp red microfiber cloth, pay attention to the whole surface daily clean the floor area under the urinals weekly clean the walls around the urinals

Stainless urinals

1. 1Urinal environment consists of urinal, side walls, 30cm in front of the urinal flush the urinal - assess drain flow
2. 2Spray the urinal with 4 sprays per sq.m of Bio Cleaner conc. OR squirt diluted 1:20 onto the dry surface
3. 3If struvite (uric salt) is visible, agitate using a wet toilet brush/deck brush to loosen the build up
4. 4Clean using a damp flat mop (microfibre)

Waterless urinals

1. 1Urinal environment consists of urinal, walls & floors flush the urinal with 2-5 ltr cold water - assess drain flow spray the urinal with 4 sprays of Bio Cleaner conc if struvite (uric salt) is visible, agitate using a toilet brush
2. 2Wipe with the damp red microfiber cloth, pay attention to the whole surface - ADD 25ml Bio conc daily last thing
3. 3Daily clean the floor area under the urinals
4. 4Weekly clean the walls around the urinals

Washrooms

Biological cleaner can be used for all washroom cleaning except glass & touch points

Weekly clean all floors with biological - wet floor with cold water, spray 2ml per sq.m onto the wet floor, use a wrung out mop to spread and remove excess water

Apply biological to cubicle walls, bowl bases & wipe with a damp red cloth.

Using a different cloth, apply bio to wash basins
